First and Short is based out of North Carolina. We've got a lot of friends- and respect, for the two biggest schools in the western part of the state. And while we like Appalachian State (a very successful FCS football school) and their rival Western Carolina, we must say that they do not pride themselves on their men's basketball programs. Nor should they. Just take a look at what might be the worst free throw attempt ever.
FYI: This is Division 1 basketball.
